My American and Danish restaurant was opened by a Danish immigrant in 1947. I bought the establishment in 1980 because of the authentic Danish recipes used in the cooking of the menu items. I still continue the proud tradition of serving hot, fresh American and Danish food that was started more than 60 years ago.
